No matter what, be it Carpets, Rugs, Upholstery or Orientals, I always start with NanoMaxx – Every Time! It’s simply the best cleaner that I’ve found, and it fills the requirements of every job. It’s Green, Safe, Cleans exceptionally well, Has awesome Safety Data, And a little goes a Long Way. I use it for encap cleaning, and I use it (boosted) with my steamer on Greasy Restaurant floors. No matter the job requirements (general cleanings, young children, the elderly, pets, allergies, grease, and even those carpets from Hell), I always start with 1 – 4 oz per gallon of NanoMAXX.

Hypoallergenic Green VLM Encap – 97% Bio-Based Anti-Allergen Carpet Detergent (pH 7–8) with AFT – nanoMAXX

I use the blue ones mainly for residential and the black ones to attack the nastier ones. They both, blue and black can be used a few times. I just hit them with a pressure washer and let them dry. Got a doggie hair issue? They will pick that up as well, and I get some furry situations.

Absolutely wonderful product! Highly effective and smells amazing. You won’t be disappointed with the end result.

Urine Stain & Odor Removal Carpet Prespray for HWE – Yellow LAVA USOR

This is one of my daily choices for residential carpet care. The cleaning ability is amazing and the smell always gets a good comment. I even have people ask me if I can use the good smelling stuff.

I have recently begun using Omega Zyme in conjunction with Waste Away for jobs with pet issues. I will first treat the urine spots with Waste Away and then clean the carpet with Omega Zyme boosted with Nano Maxx and this has been an amazing combination. It gets rid of all the stains and odors!

The secret to my cleaning success is Bonnet Pro. I only use Bonnet Pro cleaning products. My daily, general cleaning solution is nanoMAXX, with Radical Rinse as a booster. No matter what the job entails, I get great results from this all around, general purpose carpet cleaning mixture. My clients love the results; the whites get whiter, and colors get brighter, and most stains just disappear. Pleasing my clients doesn’t get any easier than this. P.S. I used to use Revive it Rocket (which provides the same great results and awesome scent), but it’s become a lot simpler, to use the Radical Rinse as a booster. I use a similar diluted mixture for upholstery, with the same stellar results.

I use Omega Zyme for both residential and commercial, it has great cleaning abilities and smells amazing, All Bonnet Pros products are great and I think I have tried every company out there trying to save money. With Bonnet Pro you get a great price and never need to worry about a bad product. My biggest worry with being only a low moisture cleaner is that when I leave and the carpet dries will I get a call, ” why is my carpet dusty”. I stick with this company and I am never concerned with ever getting a call except to schedule the next cleaning.

Carpet Detergent & Extraction Pre-Spray (pH 9) for VLM/Bonnet & Upholstery – Surround OmegaZyme

I think I have tried them all, I keep returning for Iron Man pads as they are by far the best. I have some that are 3 years old still running strong. Just ordered some more to replace those but I won’t as I think they have a few more spins left, lol.

IronMan Cotton Carpet Cleaning Bonnets – USA-Made, Heavy-Duty Bonnet Pads for Rotary & OP (VLM/Encap)

Cleaned an apartment that was filthy. It did an amazing job. Excellent product. Would highly recommend. We’ve been a business for about 37 years. This is one of the best we have used.

The Lava Rinse is the perfect product for final extraction. The majority of my residential customers prefer cleaner safer products with no fragrance. Nanomaxx pre treat with Lava Rinse provides great quality cleaning while also being extremely environmentally friendly and virtually fragrance free. Carpets dry clean and soft and the aft keeps them cleaner longer. Happy customers are repeat customers.

This is an awesome product! I love that it not only cleans very well, but it leaves carpets soft after cleaning. Customers don’t want a stiff carpet after being cleaned. I believe all of bonnet pros products do this. Everything I’ve ordered and used has worked. Thank you Bonnet Pro team.

I love iron man pads! They are my go to pads to use with my Trinity OP machine and with my 175. I find that they dig deeper, last longer, and hold more soil than other cotton pads! I also use them with my Oreck or rotary polisher to clean stairs. I have lots of sizes!

IronMan Cotton Carpet Cleaning Bonnets – USA-Made, Heavy-Duty Bonnet Pads for Rotary & OP (VLM/Encap)

Absolutely love Revive it Rocket! Clean, bright carpets every time!

Encapsulation Carpet Detergent for Very Low Moisture Cleaning – Revive iT Rocket

We do apartment move-out cleanings and I’m allergic to cats (go figure). Some of the apartments are so bad with cat odors that I can’t breath – like someone is standing on my chest. Once the vacuuming is done we apply Waste Away to neutralize the problem. Not exaggerating – Just a few minutes after this product is applied, I can breathe again.

Urine Odor Remover Waste Away – Professional Urine Odor Neutralizer for Carpet, Upholstery & Hard Surfaces

The first time I used Omega Zyme was for a job I thought was beyond my ability to clean because there was so much dirt and grease embedded in the carpet. Both the homeowner and I were shocked that I was able to get it cleaned up! This is the only low-moisture enzymatic cleaner out there! IF you need a product for really dirty/greasy carpets this one works great and smells great! Apply as directed – let it sit a bit to let the enzymes work, then clean and enjoy!

Carpet Detergent & Extraction Pre-Spray (pH 9) for VLM/Bonnet & Upholstery – Surround OmegaZyme

I’ve been carpet cleaning for over 25 years and hands down Radical Rinse is the best cleaner I have ever used!!! Turned on a buddy of mine and he won’t use anything else but Bonnet Pro products now. Bonnet Pro makes the best cleaners period!

Powdered Encap Rinse & Booster – Oxygen/Citrus HWE + VLM Pre-Spray with AFT (pH 9.5) – Radical Rinse

I just started using Nano only because I use all the other stuff so had to try it. Use it one time and it just speaks for itself, it just eats grease and anything that gets in its way. I use it for restaurants and nasty rentals. I have even used it to wash walls, clean grout etc., it just will clean anything

Encapsulation Carpet Detergent for Very Low Moisture Cleaning – Revive iT Rocket

These pads are great, I use them daily before finishing up with an Ironman pad. I use them in residential and commercial. I run into a job that may have gum or candy stuck to the floor no issues with these. I treat all my sticky stuff with POG, also sold here, wait a few min and even all that will break loose. Makes the job faster and you will use less pads. Trust me, try a few.

Encapsulation Bonnet Pads for VLM/OP & Rotary Machines – Revive Encap Pads

This is my go to cleaning solution for most carpet. I only use about two oz per gallon and get fantastic results! I also use this to clean upholstery and even wood floors with great results! The only reason I choose this over Nano Maxx on most jobs is because of the scent. Customers enjoy the citrus scent.
