How to use

1. Insert the stem into your drill, tighten the chuck, and select low speed.

2. Attach an 8″ IronMan bonnet with elastic straps to the bristles.

3. Operate at 400–700 rpm (keep below 2,000 rpm) in forward/clockwise direction.

4. Proceed with your standard bonnet cleaning chemistry and technique.

Compatibility & notes

• Use only with the 8″ Ironman with elastic straps (original 8″ Ironman bonnets without straps will not work).

• It is normal to see a slight wobble across the bristles while rotating; this is typically not felt in use and can assist cleaning by pressing fibers into the surface.

Cautions

• Do not use with angle grinders, die grinders, or impact guns (20,000+ rpm).

• Do not place the drive on any fiber without an Ironman bonnet with elastic strap.

• Follow all drill manufacturer safety practices and use appropriate PPE.
